A: We help you to setup and supply service after delivery including send engineer/ representative to your factory. This person would be required to observe the set up of the machines and to provide approximately 5 days (or as required) of inducting and training your employees/technicians. On your side you should provide a good-standard accommodation (including food and transport expenses) for the whole duration of the stay including airport transfers to your expenses, (payment of flight costs for the representative is negotiable.)
We supply spare parts for the machine full life.
We hereby confirm that the design, manufacture, and inspection of our products are strictly in accordance with the relevant state and international standards, and meet the relative quality requirement.
The guarantee period of our products is valid for 6 months from the date of delivery.
Strict examination carried out to all products before sale. 6 months guarantee of service without payment from the date of purchasing is authorized to clients. During the guarantee period, any malfunction due to the quality of machines shall be responsible to manufacturer.
The standard of operating and environment (operating and storage) must comply with the specifications. The buyer shall guarantee that the Goods when correctly mounted and properly operated and maintained shall give satisfactory performance during its life.
Malfunctions caused by following reasons are out of guarantee service:
Malfunctions caused by incorrect operation
Malfunctions caused by unauthorized transferring, dismantling and collision
Malfunctions caused by force majeure Energy reduction caused by bad environment of earthquake/fire break/volcano/war etc.
Malfunctions caused by unsound spare parts and accessories.
